The amount of base headed-ness depends on the amount of dumb things a person does in one day. Levels ranging from being a base head to being a based god. Base god being the highest level of being based. Rodrick sykes and johnna (last name) are current holders of the based god title.

82nd base

Obtain stage 4 prostrate cancer, with the surgeon having to fuck out the tumors, all though anesthesia is not allowed or else it doesn’t count. You also have to be wearing a motorcycle helmet while your parrot gets jerked off by the priests. Before getting the cancer, you must have had sex with at least 12 axolotls, all of them anally.
