In which a con artist with vage background in monorail design and construction convinces the town of Springfield to give him a large sum of money to provide the humble town with a monorail service. Only to spend the minimum possible, scamming the town with a dangerous and flaky monorail so he can go away with the vast majority of the money he was given.

It's rarely used to describe a person or an entity that lives off of scamming small populations with fake or vage credentials, experience, recognition etc...

Cinephile- So the romanian town in which Borat was filmed were lied to and they weren't told that the main character would humiliate them and their children in front of god knows how many people.

Nicki Moore

She's the character in The Bling Ring, one of my favorite films, based on Alexis Neiers. Emma Watson did a great job performing her part, & she's really the only reason I watched the movie.

At the end of the movie she is revealed to be the world's biggest FUCKING CUNT because she claims the rest of the group tricked her & she had no idea what she was doing, but she is clearly aware of what she's doing, as she gets high with the rest of them, & says "Let's go to Paris's, I wanna rob", this line makes her even more FUCKING STUPID because they did not rob anyone, they were burglized the houses they broke into.

I think I'm getting a little heated about this, but the movie is awsome & I watch it at least 1-2 times a month.

Nicki Moore is a character with an adopted sister who's her best friend, & a weird Mom who's obssesed with "The Secret". She is played by Emma Watson, who did a 1000000000/10 job.
