A celebratory substance used to congratulate teammates after a grueling round of Team Slayer. Alabama Gravy is to Halo: Reach what champagne is to the Major League Baseball Postseason.

Mikey and Vin were in a close round of Arena Doubles, both were tied with 12 kills. Mikey gets the game winning kill in the form of an assassination. This majestic event was followed immediately by Vin's remark of 'Alabama Gravy!', which granted Mikey his appreciation without having to give him the satisfaction of saying he is good at Halo.
