Skill Stepping

Online game tactic usually done during MMO PVP when the player strafes back and forth quickly for no beneficial reason. Usually done by stealth classes such as rogues. Used to imply they are skilled at the game because they do not keyboard turn and instead use strafe. Can also be seen as an alternate form of teabagging on a stunned opponent.

Coping Skills

A practice in improving ones mental health. Coping skills can include but are not limited to deep breathing, meditation, taking a bubble bath, exercising, journaling, listening to music, establish healthy boundaries, sleep, asking for help, and working on time management.

There are two different types of coping skills, they are emotional coping skills, and problem focus coping skills.
Billy has PTSD and is practicing some coping skills to help him with his PTSD.
