When you lose a ball while playing golf, so you drop one from your pocket, and act like you found it.

Instead of taking the proper penalty you act like your ball was there the whole time. Usually the person claims they "found it".

When we played in Orlando I swear he Meeks it and "found" his lost tee-shot.
