Down Syndrome

Also known as Trisomy 21. With 23 pairs of chromosomes, a person with Down Syndrome (i.e., a retard) has an extra 21st chromosome, causing several physical and mental defects. Usually easily recognized due to the retarded shape of their face and the clueless, happy expression on their face. These poor brain-dead sacks of sweaty garbage might be able to hold down a job as a greeter at Walmart, but this is about as high up the corporate ladder that these circus freaks typically go.
