A devious lick is when someone steals an item of great social or political importance. The act of stealing the item must fit the criteria of being either devious, devilish, or nefarious.

Person 1: "It's only the first day of school and I already hit the most devious lick."
Person 2: "Oh yeah? What'd you get?"
