A reanimated corpse of an extra terrestrial life-form or a life-form with unknown origins.

I.E. A Necromorph can be classified as a Zalien.

Man could look up at the stars and dream of a frontier that withheld wisdom and discoveries beyond that of anything imaginable, until they discovered that there are freaking zaliens. You don't screw around with zaliens. Zombies are one thing, but zaliens create a whole new level of NOPE.
