The correct 'southern gentleman' pronounciation of the phonetically spelt "White Power", meaning to heighten the ideals of a mostly Anglo-Saxon and/or European American society.
To pronounce correctly:
1) WAHT - similar in sound to WATT, but w/out the harsh "T".
2) PA-ER (soft 'p' followed by a long 'A', immediatley followed by a long 'er' *as in the word "hardER"*)
