When am man has to go to the restroom (#2) in a public place and all of the toilets are full but a urinal is available. The male cunningly cuts line and makes a b-line to the open urnial. He them creates sheer pandemonium by turning around and sitting on the urinal to do his business (#2) In some circles this is also know as a sneaky devlin.

sneakypoo

A sneakypoo is a type of poo you do at a friends house. When you are too embarrassed to let them know you are actually doing a poo, so you try to sneak in a poo into the time frame of a good sized pee. Hence the name sneakypoo.

*thinks to self* oh no, I really need to take a dump but I don't want people to know. I wonder if I could just do a sneakypoo. *stops thinking*

And extention of the word (Sneaky). When you pulls sneaky moves left, right and center you will after a while end up as a Sneakyboi. Really it´s a negatively loaded word, because what you are doing is just ripping off your friends time after time. But if its your best friends, it will be like an intern joke between you and your friends and you will be the Sneakyboi of the group. So in this context is really a status symbol, Sneakybois are often known as the cool kids ofc.
