A mouth queef is the sound an individual exudes from their mouth and/or throat accidentally during any daily activities that involve making noise from their mouth. It is called a mouth queef because the sound resembles the normal queef very closely.

Person B: *mouth queefs*
Person A: Your burps are really weird cunt.
