Noun. Any sort of human fecal, or poo, matter that comes into contact with a different person's face. Can often lead to Pink Eye and other medical issues.

Matthew had to go to the hospital for pinkeye because he got Kellee's pooticulates in his eye.

A friendly and modest definition for having "small balls" or "miniature nuts".

Son: "Hey mom!"
Mother: "Yes?"
Son: "Is it normal to have little nuts?"
Mother: "Yes dear, you have what they call particulatesticles."
Son: "K, thanks!"
