Pillhead

A person online (usually a female aged 13-21) that has some kind of medical or high-functioning mental condition that you generally find in Discord servers. Most pillheads are known to obsess over or react very uncomfortably gleeful to strange things, usually things like fictional characters or OCs. Most of them also have voices that don't sound real and sound like some kind of AI chatbot voice feature. Very uncomfortable to be around, especially the emo ones. Often indulge in strange activities, such as the minors doing fake grooming and talking to children younger than them, getting wet from the idea of being a potential pedophile when they grow up. Some people aren't true pillheads and simply act VERY similarly to one, this phenomenon is known as Pillhead Energy.
