A person from the northern United States, usually the Midwest and typically a woman. A northern hoe.

Jessie: “Hi, I just moved to Tampa from Michigan.”
James: “Welcome to Tampa! Let me buy you a drink.” *gets rum and coke*
Jessie “I don’t drink pop.”
James: *chugs rum and coke* “I don’t drink pop, either but I do drink soda. Bye, Nohoe.”
