'Ni hao, baby' is a pick up line commonly directed at oriental-looking women. This line can often backfire, especially if the girl speaks perfect English. To qualify to use this line, you have to be desperate, not-Asian, blatantly ignorant of Asian cultures, and over 30 years of age. This line is always successful at making the user appear to be sleazy and unattractive. In a situation where this line is used, alcohol is usually present.
