Negrodamus was originated on the chappelle show. he was a black version of notrodomus (hes a white ms cleo). But if u refer to a person as a negrodomus he is considered mostly ne thing. it can mean a pimp to a play boy to a poor black dude. so it depends on the contex u put it in.
