Project MKUltra

The CIA's brainwashing (mind control) program from 1953-1973. It tested psychotropic drugs and experimented on U.S. citizens in order to develop mind control and interrogation techniques for use on Soviet agents and politicians. None of the "test subjects" gave their consent for these experiments and the "research" often caused permanent psychological damage for those who were subjected to this program.

• On November 28, 1953, scientist Dr. Frank Olson fell to his death from his closed 10th story hotel window. The government claimed that he suffered from a history of depression and committed suicide.

• On August 3, 1977, a congressional report on the CIA revealed that Dr. Olson was working on the top secret Project MKUltra.

• Frank Olson was experimented on just one week before his death and it is believed that he was killed by the CIA.

Making up new definitions for existing words like racism in an attempt to make racist comments look less racist. For example, when former Alabama Governor George Wallace said "A racist is one who despises someone because of his color, and an Alabama segregationist is one who conscientiously believes that it is in the best interest of Negro and white to have a separate education and social order... An Alabama segregationist is not a racist" he was mulbranding.

In a sentence "Man that guy from the Westboro Baptist church is always lying about things and mulbranding just like the kkk."

mulgrave is situated in the south east of melbourne it is a place where everybody wishes they could live. Someone whose heritage includes more than just one race, giving them an exotic and unique appearance. If you're multiracial, sometimes random people will ask you what your heritage is.

Usually a multiracial person is either really good-looking, or really not.

ex. 1: "I'm hot and fine and multiracial! DAMN STRAIGHT!"
