Mudgey

A complimentary description of a body type, generally male, which features a moderate layer of fat concealing underlying muscles. Mudgey men may play club sports, but don't make fitness and a healthy diet their top priority. As a result, they have a moderate level of fitness but do not present a chiseled appearance.

You should call Joe to help you move, he never goes to the gym but he's mudgey - he could definitely help you with the heavy stuff.

Seriously the best band of the 21st century. The 80's had Metallica and Iron Maiden. the 90's had Nirvana, and now we have Mudvayne
