It stands for :

Bisexual
Transgender
Queer/Questioning
Intersex
Asexual/Aromantic

It is also an umbrella term for Queer folks, so it includes people whose labels aren't represented by the letters as well.

Person A: Yo, are you LGBTQIA? I saw your pride month post on your story.

Person B: Yeah, I'm asexual and transgender.
Person A: Nice, Happy Pride Month!
