Refers to someone who has no concept of punctuality, and is constantly running late. You can expect someone running on Isaar time to show up to upwards of 2 hours after the agreed upon time of meeting.

Isajanae is a sweet kind loving person, but when you piss her off she can be a little mean and possibly get Physical depending on the situation. She’s like a therapist to everyone around her.
