Something or someone, literally anything that is unbound of laws, basic needs, common sense, opinions, anything. It can be an object a person or a feeling, an emotion or animal, literally anything. It's more like a movement than anything you could compare to human made objects or boundaries. It can be associated with positive things as well as express the negative.

A: Have you seen this dude climbing a tree upside down while calling his boss!?
B: Yes bro he's definitely living ingo!

A: Lately everyone is going mad I swear!
B: The whole world's going Ingo man..

Ingoobelyblench

A serum that is more than just gibberish attacking your brain whenever the serum resembles. It can obviously make you crazy for all the sudden, usually, the serum is seen when Tom from Eddsworld has the serum when he is more than just talking gibberish.

Half the time Tom's gibberish, the other half he has ingoobelyblench.

(Then Tom goes: "What?" because has no idea what the singer is talking about)
