Fake Patty's Day

Like St. Patrick's Day, only a week earlier. Located in Aggieville, it was started by Kansas State University students who wanted to celebrate together in Manhattan, Kansas before spring break when everyone will be gone.

Patty's Day

What dumb Americans call March 17th, thinking it is the abbreviation for St. Patrick's Day. The correct abbreviation is Paddy, as the name comes from the Gaelic 'Padraig'.

Dude look they dyed the river green for Patty's Day. Did you know I'm Irish? Yeah my grandfather once went there on holiday so I'm totally Irish. Happy Patty's Day!

State Patty's Day

The drinking holiday in State College, PA that takes place once every year, usually in February. State Patty's day was created in 2007 when Saint Patrick's Day fell on spring break. Students still wanted to celebrate the drinking holiday with their friends at school, so they created this faux-holiday. The holiday has been growing in popularity year after year but is very controversial because of the large number of people arrested and sent to the hospital for alcohol poisoning.
