Celiac

Someone who has Celiac Disease which is an allergy to Gluten. Gluten is found in wheat, rye, barley, and everything delicious you'll ever want to eat or drink. It is also found in cigarette filters, of all places.

It is NOT in rice, corn, potatoes, buckwheat, sorghum, amaranth, millet, soybeans, oats, quinoa, and sunflower seeds.

If you're a Celiac, say goodbye to 90% of what you love in your regular diet.
