A phrase understood universally by Asians as as a Non-Asian person confessing about their sexual attraction to a parent.

Example:
Steve (a non-Asian person) says “Ching Chang Chong” to Joe (an Asian person). Joe understands this as Steve stating “I am sexually attracted to my parent.”
