I'm no jazz blogger, but you should use your turn signal more often.
I'm no jazz blogger, but that bartender over there is fucking ugly.

Truism Blogging

(1) Blog posts that re-state the mind numbingly obvious as if it were original and insightful.

(2) Blog posts that rehash ideas within a given vein that have already circulated ad-nauseam, without adding significantly to them.

(3) Blog posts that put forward ideas so fluffy, feel-good or ambiguous that it is impossible to disagree with them, but they don't add value either.
Many personal development blogs are mostly a compilation of "wisdom" found on refrigerator magnets. We can all agree for instance, that "it's important to be yourself", except when it's more expedient not to be. This is truism blogging.

Freeway Blogger

An individual, usually mentally unstable, who spends time coming up with clever terms like "Chimpeach" to attempt to make half-baked political statements. Usually the individual lives off of inheritance while driving around in his truck placing silly signs everywhere. He typically suffers from delusions of grandeur as well as severe narcissism.
Guy: Hey, did you see that sign the Freeway Blogger put up?
Gal: I sure did.
Guy: Did it change your mind about impeaching the President?
Gal: No. It just made me realize there are people with too much time on their hands.

Freeway Blogger

A spineless narcissist who litters the California freeways with asinine political statements that reflect his severely fractured psyche. His inflated sense of importance and self worth are simply covers for his cowardly nature. Instead of standing by his signs, he chooses to avoid criticism by tucking his tail between his legs and scampering off.
The Freeway Blogger talks a big game, but everyone knows he's a cowardly pussy.

- No, I'm at work, and he's a gutter blogger - definitely NSFW! I'll check it out in the evening.

Night Blogging

Night blogging begins usually around 11pm, and finishes in the early morning. Bloggers on tumblr will blog strange things, sometimes deep yet completely messed up, sometimes utterly meaningless, sometimes gifs of stupid things, and sometimes bloggers will even go as far as to question the existance of humanity in those few strange hours. The posts that are reblogged are generally irrelevant to the theme of the users blog, but yet the post is considered acceptable, because of course, it is night. It is considered acceptable to blog in this strange, retarded manner in these night hours, so usually, if a blogger is online at night, they will find very strange posts on their dashboard.
Hey, it's 2am so what the hell. I'll reblog this picture of a bald man with flying eyebrows. Nobody cares when you're night blogging.

Bloggist

The professional equivalent of a Blogger. In essence, a person who is being paid or receiving monetary compensation for blogging, as opposed to doing it for free on their own time to rant like a fool.

Bloggists are a rare breed of online writers, not quite evolved to the degree of "journalist," but evolved above "angry manifesto scribe." Bloggists are often regarded with mediocre respect for their thoughts and opinions, but are frequently ridiculed for "selling out" by lower online species such as the Troll, Spammer or N00bs.

Much like Bloggers, Bloggists cover a wide range of topics with various interests. However, the most popular topics covered (in order) are Mom Stuff, Rating Food, Local Entertainment, Other Bloggists They Hate, Politics, 80's Stuff, Hating Movies, Spoiling Movies, Blenders, Porn and Pro Wrestling.
