Referring to the behaviour of someone trying to constantly fill the silence and draw attention to themselves, usually by narrating what they are doing or thinking.
"You know, moments like these remind me of this one game I played."
"Can you please shut up, we are at a funeral."
"We shouldn't have invited someone with YouTuber-syndrome."

YouTuber Syndrome 

Constantly having to share your opinion on everything, despite not being asked about it. Being vocal about everything, and often over-reacting even if it's meaningless.
Other meaning could indicate towards "An occupational disease or industrial disease" From the line of work of YouTubers.
It usually means that you're losing any kind of joy from doing things anymore, and you always think how you can "turn it into content" or how you'd write a script or edit it

when a person feels the need to speak to an imaginary audience even if they know no one there. not to be confused with talking to voices, because the person knows no one there
