The defenition of a low class person. A term used to decribe someone who is dirty and of low class. Likely to be of caucasian backround. Commonley know as white trash who wear old school graphic tee shirts with those horendous pictures of tweety bird wearing baggy jeans and a backwards baseball cap. Usualley the "tweety shirt" is accompanied by the even more horrible acid wash jeans and some missin teeth and greasy hair!
