Similar to a Transformer; A Trannyformer is a male or female that is in the process of getting a sex change or appears to be the opposite gender of when he/she was born. They can appear different by changing clothes, makeup, speech etc.

Mike: Hey Peter, I saw a transvestite at the mall today!
Peter: No Mike, you saw a Trannyformer.

trannycore

Trannycore is the moeshit anime that transexuals typically like. It consists of a mixture of bland, cute flavor of the month anime (example: Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid) and anime containing trap characters that they identify as (example: Fate/Apocrypha). Usually they're very popular series and are no more than 4 or 5 years old. For this reason, something like Lucky Star or Yuru Yuri can hardly be said to be trannycore.

If you see someone using a character from these shows as an avatar, or otherwise identifying excessively with the show, chances are they're a transexual.
