Get the Toshing it out there mug.A great, if not greatest, actor from Japan. Toshiro was born on April 1st,1920. He has been in around 169 films, many of them he potrays a samurai. As in the many Akira Kurosawa films, the samurai he plays is usually a cool guy, who likes to help people. Kurosawa films he has starred in,include, Yojimbo, Seven Samurai, Sanjuro, Throne of Blood, and The Hidden Fortress (which was one of the 5 influences for Star Wars). Sadly, Mifune died on Christmas Eve of 1997, and will be remembered as one of the greatest actors in history.
