Your Head A Splode is simliar in function as All Your Base Are Belong to Us.
It originated in a Strong Bad video game, where upon your death a computerized Strong Bad voice would say, "Your Head A Splode."

A song by the English alternative rock band, Muse. The song can be found on the Hullabaloo Soundtrack and on the New Born single (CD2). Though, the song is relatively simple it may put you in a state of absolute bliss or calmness. The singer, Matthew Bellamy, uses his voice and the gentle lyrics in a way that allows the music to seep into your veins. You may or may not find yourself in a state of utter euphoria.
person 1: Hey, have you heard Map of Your Head, by Muse?
person 2: Oh yeah, makes me feel like I am floating in thin air, wearing only socks.
person 1: Yeah, it's a pwoper song mate.

Elvira said it first, and then rupaul said it to miss Fame on rupauls drag race season seven. It took miss Fame quite a while to understand this joke, which is now iconic in the drag race community.
Rupaul: How's your head?
Miss Fame: Fine
*When she finally gets the joke*
Rupual: How's your head?
Miss Fame: Hasn't had any complaints!
