Sweat Meat

The mystery meat often given on sandwiches in county jail for lunch. Some will try to call it bologna, but it is not. Often pink in appearance and appears to be sweating. Most of it is completely disgusting.

Bill: What are they serving for lunch?
George: Lunch is the same thing every day. Sweat meat sandwiches and two small cookies.

A condition experienced during sleep characterized by significant discomfort, sweating, and delusional dreams that is triggered by the consumption of large amounts of cured or smoked meats. Condition is related to the high levels of nitrates and salts in the cured meat.
