Reptar 

State of incapcitation resulting from marijuana intoxication. Refers to the green lizard from Rugrats. Also references the 1981 Cheech and Chong film 'Nice Dreams' in which Sgt. Stedanko transforms into a lizard after heavy use of an experimental cannabis strain. Can also be pronounced 'ripped-ar.'

Chucky got reptar after he hit keefe in the five footer and Angelica drew a bunch of dongs on his face.
