(noun) The pinnacle. The tippity top of the gay heirarchy. Those who brandish this label are so infinitely powerful they've been said to make twinks cum at 20 yards. A combination of queer and homosexul used to emphasize a subjects infinite gayness, most effective if spoken in a southern accent.

"My youngest son is built like a twink nd spends all his time in the theaters. I'm starting to wonder if hes one of them queermosexuals."

Queersexual 

Attraction regardless biological sex but to queer gender expressions and/or identities, such as androgynous, genderqueer/intergender, transgender/transsexual.

Queersexual person 1: I have sexual/romantic interest in people but I don't really like neither femininity nor masculinity.

Queersexual person 2: I can't decide whether I want a man or a woman, so I'd prefer someone in between.

A gay person. It's a cross between the words "Queer" and "Homosexual". Most commonly known from the hit cartoon Family Guy.

Queersexual 

Attracttion to the erotic or cultural dynamics of queer identities, cultures, sexualities, affectionalities, etc. Queersexual is a nongendered sexuality.

Part 1: "Are you a dyke or what?"
Part 2: "You mean lesbian?"
Part 3: "yeah."
Part 4: "Well, I am a dyke but I'm not a lesbian. But, I'm also fag, but I'm not a gay man. And my partner is a nongendered intersex fag."
Part 5: "So then, you're bisexual or something?"
Part 6: "No, there are more than two sexes."
Part 7: "What then, Omnisexual?"
