You remember that one girl in your 4th grade class with the dyed side part that always had a My Hero Academia or My Little Pony notebook? That’s a pro shipper. Instead of being the weird introverted kid, they’re now a 23 year old adult that hibernates on the cesspool known as Twitter. Sometimes they’re artists that create very controversial art with themes such as Pedophilia, Rape, Necrophilia, etc. Sometimes they’re just there to repost terrible art for regular people to see and to argue with 14 year olds on how their Loli attraction is completely normal and how they’re not a potential predator.

Pro shipper

guy who ships things that are generally acknowledged as horrible, such as minor x adult or brother x sister. Unrestricted internet access can lead children to this kind of content preference; kids are misled by the 'rebellious' and 'free' appearance of the proship community, and kids will view adults fetish mining them for content as them being friendly and accepting. It's all reprehensible to partake in, especially for the adults.

These individuals often identify eachother by emoji combos, such as 🌈🍖. However, most emoji combos do not signify anything like that.

This is the most common type a of proshipper.

This proshipper thinks that problematic ships such as abuse, incest, and/or pedophilia are ok to ship as long as it is completely fictional and tagged.

This type of proshipper will most likely not bring politics unrelated topics such as racism or queerphobia into the conversation.

Proshipper

Essentially, the non-weeb version on a lolicon. The name stems from being "pro-shipping" or not caring what romantic/sexual fan art people create of popular media. Though at some point this term started meaning "I think all art is acceptable and healthy". A nice sounding message, until you realize this extends to rape scat porn of My Little Pony characters drawn as realistic human infants, and literally any other obscene fucked up thing one can imagine.

They tend to use terms such as 'problematic', 'pro-art', 'pro-fiction', and the combination of '🌈🍖' to identify each other.

Person 1: why did you block this person?
Person 2: because they're a proshipper.
Person 1: what's that mean?
