Understatement. When you say something (usually satirically) by saying the opposite of what you really mean. Like "That's not good." When you mean "Holy crap, that sucks! What are we going to do!?"

I didn't want to offend the teacher, so I used litote to tell her how much her class sucks.

Lidiot

A person who chooses the wrong sized lid on a to go coffee cup. Either too small so it falls into the drink, or too big and it just sits on the top doing nothing. Once they realize it they say " I'm such a lidiot"

Libiot

The proper portmanteau of a "liberal idiot". Lib(r)iot is a not so well thought out attempt and should never be used as it could potentially be used against you for being inferior. Libiot was first used circa February 2016 in a live chat room on YouTube (Fox Live News Feed) where I routinely persecuted many a hypocritical liberal idiot.

People on the left are libiots because they can hear the truth and simply dismiss it as they are not critical thinkers.
