A popular nickname for Oakland, California, inspired by the name of its current mayor.

Any county, city or township that ineffectually employs utopian ideals or idealistic policies to address dystopian problems.

I ran three consecutive stop signs after peeling donuts in a sideshow. A nearby cop who saw me was too busy to do anything. Later, I lit a cigarette in a food court garden and was cited. I guess our town is becoming another Libbyland.

Libby is extremely and has a wide imagination, she loves books and caring for others. Her family mean the most to her and she will do anything to protect them.
