LOZLPOWZAH: when a joke is so powerfull that it makes people laugh for days on end, in other words the joke has Powzah. Usually used when you don't really have anything else random to say. (internet slang)

Guy1: Lolz i know a rely gud joke
Guy2: Yh what?
Guy1: I slapped some guy with a tampon the other day :D
Guy2: LOZLPOWZAH!1!!

Derived from "lozl", the word lozltov is a play on words on the hebrew word Mazel Tov--which means "good fortune". Though lozltov has no relevance to Mazel Tov (aside from the fact that they rhyme), it is gibberish spoken by teenagers.
