LGB
Stands for Lesbian Gay Bisexual (Intentionally leaving out the T and Excluding Transgenders). This acronym has become more popular recently due to the growing surge of homosexuals who find pride parades disgusting and think the LGBTQ Community and Transgenders are toxic. Individuals who support the LGB movement often cite that being transgender is delusional and mentally ill but being gay is a completely natural trait that is even found in animals.
Person 1: I support gay people and have a lot of gay friends but damn, the LGBTQ Community is trash, and I don't personally agree with being trans. If ONLY~ there was a way that I could support gay people but exclude trans people... OH WAIT- *buys some LGB shirt off of eBay or something*

LGB Syndrome
A rare but serious disorder in which someone believes their life portrays those of the Laguna Beach show on MTV. Symptoms of this are: Bitchyness, drama, cheating, and cockyness. This disorder can be treated with therapy, but the disorder stays with you for life.
I thought that girl was cool, but we got back to her house and I realized she had LGB syndrome. I got outta there faster than a whiteboy in Harlem.
