To be ripped off by an unscrupulous rental agency. To have your deposit unfairly withheld, struggle to receive replies and have to threaten legal action before receiving any response. To have promises made by such a landlord, without any intention of complying.

Entomology from Jules rental agency of Maastricht which since its inception has stolen money from unsuspecting residents of the city. A contributor to ‘Maastricht syndrome ‘ as residents can no longer afford to go out after an encounter with such an agent.

I got julesed by that agent when she stopped replying to my emails about returning my deposit.
