Phonetically said like Homo-ist, like the word racist. Homoist means you do not like Homosexuals.
This word has the same meaning as the word Homophobic, commonly used for the same meaning, issue is, a phobia is commonly referred to as, "an extreme or irrational fear of something." This does not work because you are not scared of Homosexuals, you dislike them.

Used in a sentence> "I am Homoist because I do not like their preference in sexuality."
