FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association). A french compnany based in Paris that overseas every thing about soccer. They are run by a bunch of shitheads. The biggest shithead of them all is Sepp Blatter the president of FIFA. If there was no FIFA the world would be a much better place, suicides would greatly decrease, crime would stop, and all war would end.
