A condition in queer men causing an inability to see less straight than usual. Characterized by a severe starvation of cock.

E-ficiency 

The efficiency of a web site or browser. Basically, if you can quickly get to where your going without bookmarks, the site is E-ficient. If you have to click a bunch of links, it's not.

Man, urbandictionary.com is hell of e-ficient. I found a definition for Krazy Kracker Klub in like, ten seconds.
