The act of throwing a lit cigarette out of the window of a moving vehicle, only to have it fly back in through the back window and light something in the vehicle on fire.
Ten minutes ago, I flicked a lit cigarette out the window. Adam asks, "what's burning?" We look back and realize that there's a pillow in the back that's on fire! Flametain!
