A phenomenon that was made by chronically online liberals who just cant help but keep looking at the screen... God help their soul... This is an alternate term for an "internet troll" which should be used instead of Cyberbully, as it can be seen as offensive to actual internet troll's.

A person who intentionally hurts someone repeatedly by repeatedly commenting mean horrible or insults messages on social media or on a gadget online

E.g being mean to someone on social or other apps posting inappropriate posts or hateful content

when people who participate in a form of bullying online (usually on social networking sites) towards people they don't like suddenly stop and friend request the ones they tormented, resulting in confusing the hell out of the tormentee....
