v. To speak with authority on a subject you have only recently learned and/or learned at a surface level, often unwittingly because your ego has gone crazy in a conversation.

Oh she just totally chubgubbled about how many freaking moons there are cos she watches QI all the time.

I would like to discuss my feelings about cultural appropriation, as intersectional feminism is very important to me, but I'd just be chubgubbling a bunch of stuff I've read on Everyday Feminism and feel that would be disingenuous and unhelpful. Plus I already did it the other day and felt like a total twat.
