A derogatory term used for people at gyms who clog up the space, either sitting in machines on their phones or laying on a yoga mat and relaxing or someone leaning against a treadmill when they're not using it.

Powerlifter: Why hasn't she moved from that machine yet? It's been 15 minutes...
Average dude: She's a clogger. All she does is take pictures on her insta with the hashtag #gymlife and walk out seconds after.
Powerlifter: Well she's been sitting there for 15 minutes... Why?

simaler to the linkin log shit this shit is when you think it's soft yet extreamley hard. You flush the toilet and it cloggs the toilet so bad the water is getting past it but nothing can break thru the impenitable force the is the shit. Not even the toilet snake can save you now. Don't bother calling the plummber cause his snake won't get it either.

Clogging a public toilet with a entire roll, two if available, of toilet paper. Then dropping the most massive, heinous shit one can muster up into the clogged bowl. This is followed by the most important feature of the Kentucky Clogger. With an empty toilet paper roll or one’s finger, depending upon preference, scoop up a little dollop of shit and write “Mitch was Here!” on the toilet seat.

I stopped at the truck stop to snap a douche and medicate my trucker’s knuckles and every stall had a Kentucky clogger.

I was surprised when I visited the rest room at the capital on the side of the House. I found a Kentucky clogger. I’m didn’t think Mitch left the senate to go over to the house.
