Its a certain kind of person actually this person is usually given the name " Buby " (pronounced like boobie) from right after birth or growing up as a child. This person would be different there eyes may sometimes change color (like brown to hazel or light brown or have green eyes) In the streets the name is always affiliated with someone who is known distinctively for their reputation, ( such as a pimp or neighborhood pharmacists), eyes, attitude(relaxed and on point) Or a certain way that may make them stickout.
