The Bri'ish people are an ancient evil who don't believe in brushing teeth, using firearms willy nilly and- holy fuck oh no I'm becoming one of them chaps! Assist me please....
The British people are a group of people living in Britannia, they have rather amusing speech patterns and use knives rather than firearms like true gentlemen, en guarde feeble one.

Literally: Those Brits need to learn to brush their teeth
Bri'ish people: that's rather uncalled for isn't it chaps?

A joke created by Nazi Germany in an attempt to break British morale in 1941. After the war the British Government created the 'bri'ish joke pass' and gifted it to all European (except France and Germany) and Commonwealth states (except South Africa, due to their standard issue, more powerful, N-word Passes), meaning it is only funny when the above nationalities use it. It therefore cannot be funny when an american uses it, purely due to the fact they are unable to spell correctly.
American: are you BRI'ISH?? HAHHAHAHA
Brit: that's not funny, learn to spell correctly.
European: are you BRI'ISH?? HAHHAHAHA
Brit: haha yes mate that's a fucking banger of a joke let's go

A somewhat racist slur against british people that is based on the way they talk, as they pronounce the 'T' weirdly that it sounds like a vowel
male 1: hey male 2, what is this (raises hand while carrying a water bottle)
male 2 (he is british): i' is a wa'er bo'le
male 1: oh so you are bri'ish
