Get the thumb in or thumb out mug.THUMBPULLING - This is the act of pulling your "palate" apart by placing your thumbs into the 2 sides of your palate in order to widen the "Maxilla", trying to replicate the effects of a "Palate Expander" in order to become a highly attractive individual. Some even try to push outwards and forward in order to gain "forward growth of the Maxilla". This was popularized by the one and only Oscar Patel, who also added on "chin tucking" while doing it to increase the pressure. Many people online have proven this method wrong, as to mimic a palate expander, you would need to do it really hard for a prolonged period of time, and need to be young, way longer than the advertised seconds and minutes that Oscar Patel and many creators mentioned.
