This disease consists of creating unreal scenarios, actions, and invents. A common one in younger patients is pointing out false voice cracks, while not seeming too severe it can get extremely aggravating for other accomplices. This disease is caused mostly during pre-mature childbirth when the cerebral cortex is not fully develop and cannot completely develop differentiation between real and fake.
